For Hydaburg:
Sam Mooney and Toni Bitonti will return to Hydaburg’s city council. Newcomer Thea Cross will join Hydaburg’s school board, and incumbents Margaret Peele, Sandra Peele and Jennifer Mooney were each re-elected.
