SISD Strategic Planning Pre-Survey

The Board of Education is asking that all stakeholders in our district (such as students, parents, staff members, board members, community members, etc.) complete a Strategic Planning Pre-survey. This survey is designed to get your perspective on several topics critical to developing the new plan.

What is the purpose of the Strategic Plan? The new plan will:

• set the district's direction for the next 3-5 years
• focus on the district's priorities and action plans in the areas of student learning and achievement
• be based on input from stakeholders
• allow the superintendent and staff to have direction and focus on outcomes
