Alaska Power and Telephone is offering a $1,000 Credit on your Utility Bill with the purchase of an Electric Vehicle between April 4th 2019 and December 31, 2020. [Editor: While, it's difficult to calculate how much it costs to charge an electric vehicle this credit is the equivalent of a free EV charge for an entire year (source)]
