The Klawock Post office has been on limited hours for a couple of weeks due to staff shortages. A disgruntled resident whom (allegedly) didn't like the shortened Post Office hours defaced the front door on May 3rd:

In Related News: Mail is (Allegedly) being Stolen Near the Court Building in Ketchikan
Latonya Martin, made a police report of stolen mail from her box which also occurred on May 3rd. Another resident in Ketchikan commented that they have also experienced theft in the area.
These may all be coincidences or belated "May Day" protests against the Feds that are trying to one up our neighbors to the south:
