On 05/09/2020 at about 2124 hours, the Alaska State Troopers conducted a traffic stop on a blue Ford F350 in the 3800 Block of Tongass Avenue for an equipment violation. Investigation revealed that the driver Brandon Reinke, age 35 of Ketchikan was operating a motor vehicle with a Revoked driver's license. Further investigation revealed that Reinke was on current conditions of release set by the Ketchikan Courthouse from the original charges of MIW, and DWLR. Reinke was found violating the current conditions of release by driving. Reinke was transported and remanded to Ketchikan Correctional Center.

On 05/09/2020, at approximately 1635 hours, Alaska State Troopers in Ketchikan conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for multiple violations on South Point Higgins Road. The driver of the vehicle, Christopher Chau (age 44 of Ketchikan), was issued a misdemeanor citation/summons for driving with a revoked license and released on scene.

On May 10, 2020, the Alaska State Troopers on Prince of Wales island contacted Kolton Tipton near Gulch Creek. The investigation resulted in Kolton being arrested for a probation violation. Kolton was remanded to the Craig Jail where he was held without bail.

On May 11, 2020 at approximately 1615 hours, the Hydaburg VPSO contacted Kevie Frank, age 26 of Hydaburg, at her boyfriend’s residence in Hydaburg in response to a reported assault. Investigation revealed Frank had assaulted two family members. Frank was remanded to the Craig Jail Facility where she is held without bail for one count of Assault in the Fourth Degree 11.41.230(a)(1). Additional charges are being forwarded to the DA for review Assault 4 11.41.230(a)(3) and 11.41.230(a)(1)

On 05/12/2020, at approximately 2330 hours, the Alaska State Troopers from the Ketchikan Post arrested Kevie Frank (age 26 of Hydaburg) for violating her conditions of release for a misdemeanor domestic violence assault charge after investigation revealed that she had consumed both alcohol and an illegal controlled substance. Frank was remanded at the Ketchikan Correctional Center without bail pending arraignment on 05/13/2020. The United States Coast Guard Small Boat Station in Ketchikan assisted with this investigation.

On 05/15/2020, at approximately 1757 hours, Alaska State Troopers from the Ketchikan Post arrested Jeffrey Clark (age 56 of Ketchikan) who had a $1000 warrant out for his arrest for violating the conditions of his release. The original charge was Assault in the Third Degree. Clark was remanded at the Ketchikan Correctional Center.

On 05/14/2020 at about 1934 hours, the Alaska State Troopers conducted a traffic stop on a black Nissan Titan pick-up for an equipment violation in the 100 Block of Main Street. Investigation revealed that the driver Nicholes Daniels, age 37 of Ketchikan was operating the vehicle with a revoked driver's license. Daniels license status was revoked reference a DUI Refusal. Daniels was issued a Summons at the scene for DWLR. The vehicle was released to a licensed driver.

On 05/13/2020 at about 2236 hours, the Alaska State Troopers received a report of fuel stolen from a vehicle on Klawock Lane. The theft was reported to have occurred between 05/11/2020 to 05/12/2020. The estimated total loss of stolen fuel is $100.00. Case is under investigation. Type: False Statement on Sport Fishing LicenseDispatch Text:
On 4-14-2020 the Alaska Wildlife Troopers cited William Evers (41) of Ketchikan for making a false statement on a 2020 resident sport fishing license. This violation carries a set fine of $320 and does not require an appearance in the First Judicial District Court in Ketchikan.
