The POW Island Wide Art Extravaganza Committee will be making a decision in the next 20 days if the POW Island Wide Art Extravaganza can be held in September 2020 due to considerations being given to coronavirus mandates and the planning logistics due to the event having major corporate sponsors, and taking 12 months to plan.Anyone who has already paid the entry fee will receive a refund if the event can not be held in 2020.
Our current thoughts are to hold it virtually and allow artists to share their work here on-line, selling etc.
Thank you for everyone’s patience in awaiting a final decision. We have to follow federal, state, and local mandates in protecting everyone planning on attending. Considerations are being taken due to setting up and the time spent in close proximity of volunteers, day of event with participatipants, and facilities required to hold it.
