The Outreach will include: sign-up and understand VA Healthcare and learn about the VA/SEARHC Sharing Agreement; get a VA Healthcare card; file a claim for service-connected disability compensation; request a copy of your service record; request a headstone marker for a deceased veteran (including ATG); learn more about other opportunities through the VA (home loans, education, vocational rehabilitation, pension, etc.).
If possible, please bring your separation paperwork (DD-214 or NGB-22) and relevant medical records! VA Id cards require state or federal identification.
