To our Klawock and Craig Valued Customers: We sincerely apologize for any and all inconveniences from yesterday's power outages, which were likely caused by equipment failures from an early morning bird strike. Our crews are currently out assessing and troubleshooting at this time as the extent of the damage is still unknown. Please have patience as we try and correct this issue as soon as we can.

In RELATED news, it's raining again...which will help Southeast, Alaska with their drought issues that has increased power prices and forced communities such as Ketchikan to switch to diesel earlier in the year.
