On 4/16/19 at approximately 1502 hours, Officers responded to the 500 block of Grant Street for a report of a female screaming. Officers contacted Michael Cox, age 23, and based on their investigation he was arrested for Assault in the 2nd Degree Domestic Violence and Criminal Mischief in the 5th Degree - Domestic Violence. He was transported to the state jail and held without bail.
On 04/17/19 at approximately 1517 hours, Officers responded to the 600 block of Park Avenue for a report of a male violating his conditions of release. On arrival, officers contacted Damion Mask, age 41. Based on the investigation, Mask was arrested for Unlawful Contact in the 1stDegree and Violating Conditions of Release. He was transported to the state jail and held without bail. On
04/18/19 at approximately 2227 hours, Officers contacted Jes Boyd, age 33, in the 300 block of Main Street due to him having an outstanding summons and an arrest warrant. The summons was served to him, ordering him to appear in court for a theft charge. He was arrested for the warrant which was for multiple drug charges. He was transported to the state jail where he was held on $20,000.00 bail.On
04/21/19 at approximately 2000 hours, Officers contacted Todd Edmondson, age 46, at a residence on Thatcher Way due to a report a domestic assault. The investigation revealed he injured his girlfriend by pushing her down. He was intoxicated. He had conditions of release which state he was to obey all laws and he was orderednot to consume alcohol. Mr. Edmondson was arrested for Assault in the 4th Degree – Domestic Violence and Violation of Conditions of Release. He was transported to the state jail where he was held without bail.
On 04/23/19 at approximately 1910 hours, Officers were dispatched to a domestic assault in the 3400 block of Baranof Avenue. Joseph K. Stone, age 28, was contacted and arrested for Assault it the 4th Degree – Domestic Violence. He was transported to the state jail and held without bail.
On 4/26/19 at approximately 2027 hours, Officers were dispatched to the 1200 block of Woodside Drive for a report of Christina Carlberg, age 42, taking the complainant’s phone and throwing it on the ground causing approximately $1,000.00 in damage. Mrs. Carlberg was arrested and transported to state jail where she was booked on one count of Criminal Mischief in the 3rd Degree-Domestic Violence and held without bail.
On 04/26/19 at approximately 2058 hours, Officers responded to an apartment in the 300 block of Bawden Street due to a report of a domestic disturbance. Benjamin Sheyan, age 71, was contacted. He was arrested for Assault in the 4th Degree – Domestic Violence for assaulting hisgirlfriend. He was transported to the state jail where he was held without bail.
On 04/27/19 at approximately 0223 hours, Officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for speeding and contacted Brian Updike, age 34, as the operator. Officers observed him to be under the influence of alcohol. Mr. Updike submitted to and failed field sobriety tests. He was arrested for Driving Under the Influence and later transported to the state jail where he washeld on $1000.00 bail.
On 04/27/19 at approximately 1514 hours, Officers conducted a traffic stop on Miller Ridge Road. The driver, Ralph H. Wall, age 58, was issued a misdemeanor citation for No Motor Vehicle Liability Insurance. He was ordered to appear in court at a later date.
On 04/27/19 at approximately 2006 hours, Officers contacted Joni Vrell, age 57, at the 300 block of Main Street. A routine background check showed Ms. Vrell to have valid conditions of release not to consume alcohol. Ms. Vrell admitted drinking alcohol and she was arrested for Violation of Conditions of Release. She was transported to the state jail and held on $250.00 bail.
On 04/28/19 at approximately 1353 hours, Officers responded to the East Street promenade due to a report of a fight. After further investigation, Joseph A. Harris, age 21, was arrested for Furnishing Alcoholic Beverages to Persons Under 21. He was transported to the state jail, booked and was set to be released on his own recognizance. Sharlee R. Polty, age 19, was issued a citation for Possession by Persons Under 21 with a mandatory court date.
On 04/30/19 at approximately 1139 hours, officers contacted Macaela McCray, age 29, the 600 block of Dock Street while she was drinking in public. Ms. McCray was arrested for Disorderly Conduct - Open Container. She was transported to the state jail and set to be released on her own recognizance.
On 04/30/19 at approximately 1341 hours, officers responded to the 400 block Main Street for a report of Lonnie Taylor, age 49, trespassing. Officers contacted Mr. Taylor who began yelling at them. He was verbally warned for Disorderly Conduct. He continued to yell at officers and was arrested. While attempting to transport Mr. Taylor to the state jail, he kicked one of the officers on the arm. Mr. Taylor was booked into jail for Disorderly Conduct and Assault in the 4th Degreeon a Police Officer.
On 04/30/19 at approximately 1525 hours, officers responded to the 300 block of Front Street for a report of an intoxicated male threatening people in the area. Officers contacted Daniel Wood, age 56, who began acting in a violent and tumultuous behavior. Mr. Wood challenged an officer to a fight. He was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and transported to the state jail. He was set to be released on his own recognizance.
On 04/30/19 at approximately 1827 hours, officers contacted Sharlee R. Polty, age 19, in the 600 block of Stedman Street. She was served a summons ordering her to appear in court. She was charged with Assault in the Fourth Degree – Domestic Violence following an investigation.
On 04/30/19 at approximately 2025 hours, officers responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 300 block of Schoenbar Rd. Officers contacted Jeremiah Hayward, age 41, and learned he assaulted his girlfriend. He was arrested for Assault in the 4th Degree-Domestic Violence. He was transported to the state jail and was held without bail.
On 05/01/19 at approximately 1509 hours, officers contacted Lawrence Carson III, age 47, in the 100 block of Bryant Street. Mr. Carson was served a summons charging him with Disorderly Conduct and Theft in the 3rd Degree. The charges stem from an incident that occurred in April 2019.
On 05/03/19 at approximately 1029 hours, officers contacted Jonathan Oaksmith, age 28,in the area of the Deer Mountain Trail parking lot. Mr. Oaksmith had a warrant for his arrestcharging him with Violation of Conditions of Release. He was arrested and transported to the state jail where he was booked and held on $2000.00 bail.
On 05/03/19 at approximately 1707 hours, officers contacted Jonathan Llanos, age 37, in the 200 block of Stedman Street. He had a warrant for his arrest for failure to post bail as ordered. Mr. Llanos was arrested and transported to the state jail where he was held on $1500.00 bail.
On 05/04/19 at approximately 0806 hours, officers responded to the 2300 block of 2nd Avenue due to a report of a fight in progress. Keshawn Roebuck, age 22, was contacted as one of the parties involved. Officers investigated and arrested Mr. Roebuck for Assault in the 3rd Degree - Domestic Violence. He was transported to the state jail and held with no bail.
On 05/04/19 at approximately 0603 hours, officers contacted Tanner Stack, age 29, at the state jail and served him a summons. The summons was issued for Petition to Revoke Probation set with a mandatory court date.
On 05/04/19 at approximately 0806 hours, officers responded to the 2300 block of 2nd Avenue for the report of a physical fight in progress between two males. One male left the scene prior to officers arriving. Officers located the male who left and identified him as Keshawn Roebuck, age 22. Mr. Roebuck was arrested for Assault in the 3rd Degree – Domestic Violence. He was transported to the state jail where he was held with no bail.
On 05/04/19 at approximately 2154 hours, officers were dispatched to the 1200 block of Water Street due to a report of a female screaming. Based upon the investigation, Amanda E. Carey, age 30, was arrested for Assault in the 4th Degree – Domestic Violence, Criminal Mischief in the 5th Degree – Domestic Violence and Violation of Conditions of Release. She was transported to the state jail and held with no bail.
On 05/05/19 at approximately 1936 hours, officers contacted Stacy Scovill, age 49, in the 2400 block of Tongass Avenue to serve her a summons. Ms. Scovill was served the summons charging her with Theft in the 4th Degree. The charge stems from an April 2019 case.
On 05/06/19 2355 hours, officers responded to the 600 block of Park Avenue due to a report of a domestic assault. Damion D. Mask, age 41, was subsequently arrested for Unlawful Contact in the First Degree and Violation of Conditions of Release. He was transported to the state jail and held on no bail.
On 05/07/19 1948 hours, officers contacted Joni C. Vrell, age 57, on Sea Level Drive. She was arrested on an outstanding warrant and for Violation of Conditions of Release due to her consuming alcohol. She was transported to the state jail and held on no bail.
On 05/07/19 at approximately 2101 hours, officers responded to the 700 block of Harris Street due to a report of two males in an altercation involving a firearm. Alex J. Lege, age 24, was arrested for Assault in the 3rd Degree and Criminal Trespass in the 1st Degree. He was transported to the state jail and held on no bail.
On 05/06/19 at approximately 1948 hours, officers contacted William O’Connell, age 37, in the 600 block of Park Avenue. He was arrested on an outstanding warrant for Disorderly Conduct and Criminal Trespass in the 2nd Degree. He was transported to the state jail and was held on $100 bail.
On 05/09/19 at approximately 1150 hours, officers contacted Shawn Roberts, age 39, in the 2800 block of Tongass Avenue due to a report of a domestic assault. The investigation revealed he assaulted his girlfriend. Additionally, Mr. Roberts had conditions of release which stated he was to obey all state laws. Mr. Roberts was arrested for Assault in the 4th Degree – Domestic Violence and Violation of Condition of Release. He was transported to the state jail where he was held without bail.
On 05/10/19 at approximately 0926 hours, officers contacted Davante Guthrie, age 24, in the 1500 block of Tongass Avenue. Mr. Guthrie was served a summons charging him with Criminal Mischief in the 3rd Degree with a mandatory court appearance. The charge stems from an April 2019 incident.
On 5/11/19 at approximately 2015 hours, officers were dispatched to the 3300 block of Ohana Court for a report of a domestic assault. Officers contacted Michael McColley, age 63, at the residence. The investigation showed Mr. McColley struck a female, whom he has had a sexually intimate relationship with. Mr. McColley was arrested for Assault in the 4th Degree-Domestic Violence. He was transported to the state jail and held without bail.
On 5/13/19 at approximately 0045 hours, officers responded to the 600 block of Dock Street for a report of a male who crashed his motorcycle and was attempting to leave. Officers contacted Justus Fleury, age 22, who appeared to be intoxicated and failed Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. He was arrested for Driving Under the Influence and was transported to the state jail. He was set to be released on his own recognizance.
On 05/15/19 at approximately 1137 hours, officers contacted Nelson Millare, age 52, in the 2400 block of Tongass Avenue. Mr. Millare was served a summons charging him with Theft in the 4th Degree and a mandatory court appearance scheduled. The theft charge was stemmed from an incident earlier in May 2019.
On 05/15/19 at approximately 1700 hours, officers contacted two males in the 200 block of Carlanna Lake Road due to a report of a fight. The investigation revealed Davante Guthrie, age 24, assaulted the other male. Mr. Guthrie was arrested for Assault in the 4th Degree. He was transported to the state jail and held on $500.00 bail.
On 05/15/19 at approximately 1805 hours, officers contacted Jerico Blair, age 21, due to a report of a male, matching his description, was seen taking items from parked vehicles. Officers investigated and arrested Mr. Blair on two counts of Criminal Trespass in the 2nd Degree and two counts of Theft in the 4th Degree. He was transported to the state jail where he was set to be released on his own recognizance.
On 05/15/19 at approximately 2017 hours, officers responded to the 100 block of Front Street for a report of two individuals fighting. On arrival, officers contacted Alexander Blair, age 24. Blair was yelling loudly and was verbally warned for disorderly conduct. He continued to yell, and was subsequently arrested for disorderly conduct. He was transported to the state jail and set to be released on his own recognizance.
On 05/16/19 at approximately 1330 hours, officers contacted two males in the 600 block of Dock Street due to a report of an argument. The investigation revealed Chaz Close, age 24, assaulted the other male. Mr. Close was arrested for Assault in the 4th Degree. He wastransported to the state jail and held on $500.00 bail.
On 05/17/19 at approximately 2308 hours, officers contacted John Henderson, age 24, in the 2400 block of Tongass Avenue. A record checked showed Mr. Henderson to have two arrest warrants for Failure to appear, and Failure to Comply. He was arrested, transported to the state jail and held without bail.
