Blair was remanded to Ketchikan Correctional Center with No Bail.

On December 17, 2018, at about 10:00 AM, the Alaska State Troopers on Prince of Wales island responded to Hydaburg in regards to an investigation into suspicious circumstances. During the investigation, 20 year old Hydaburg resident William Peele was contacted. William was arrested for Violating Conditions of Release and was transported to the Craig Jail where he was remanded pending a bail hearing.

On 12/18/2018, 30 year old Jessica Montgomery called the Alaska State Troopers to voluntarily turn herself in on an outstanding warrant. Montgomery was wanted on a probation warrant stemming from a 2013 felony forgery case. On 2/19/2018, Montgomery was arrested on the warrant and remanded to the Craig Jail with bail set at $5000.

On 12/11/2018, the Alaska Wildlife Troopers in Ketchikan issued a citation to Scott Sabin, 54 of Kenai, for failing to return his logbooks within the required time after participating in a commercial geoduck fishery. Sabin was given a mandatory court date in January in the District Court of Ketchikan.

On 12-19-2018, Alaska State Troopers responded to a report of a female causing a disturbance at a residence in Vallenar View trailer court. Investigation resulted in the arrest of 40 year old Sherry L. Whitney of Ketchikan for outstanding warrant. Whitney was transported and lodged at the Ketchikan Correctional Center without bail.

On December 21, 2018 at about 5:00PM, the Alaska State Troopers on Prince of Wales island conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for equipment and moving violations. The driver was identified as 35 year Thorne Bay resident Dain Meyers. The investigation resulted in Meyers being arrested for Driving Under the Influence. Meyers was transported to the Craig Jail where he was later released on his own recognizance.
