This is just a reminder that the Hollis Community Council meeting will be held on Tuesday September 12, 2017 at 7:00 pm at the Fire Department.
The agenda for September has been posted along with the minutes from the August meeting for review.
PLEASE NOTE: There are 2 council seats that need to be filled in October. If you have nominations for these vacancies, please submit them tonight at the meeting or via email to info@hollisalaska.org
The Annual Meeting for electing community council members will be held on Tuesday October 3rd at 7:00 pm at the fire hall. Proxy ballots will be available on the web site or one may request the ballot and a copy of the guidelines related to Proxy Balloting, be mailed to them by contacting the Board secretary, Sandra Nessett.
The regular October council meeting will be held at 7:00 pm on October 10th where regular business will be conducted, the Board will choose its officers and the election results will be certified.
