Craig Police Report Week of January 1, 2017

The following incidents were reported to and/or investigated by the
Craig Police Department:

1/1/17
12:22 a.m. Conducted a traffic stop at the middle school parking lot, a verbal warning was given for no tail light.
12:40 a.m. Conducted a traffic stop at Water street and Thibodeau Mall, a verbal warning was given for driving habits.
1:18 a.m. Conducted a traffic stop on Water street, a verbal warning was given for texting while driving.
1:25 a.m. An officer found a black purse next to a vehicle in the parking lot of a local business on Water street, the owner was contacted and a voice mail was left.
2:19 a.m. Conducted a traffic stop at 4.5 mile C/K Hwy, a verbal warning was given for manor of driving.
3:05 a.m. Received a report of a disturbance at the 300 block of Water street, officers responded and the issue was resolved.
9:34 a.m. Received a report of 5 dogs loose and chasing people in Shaan Seet TC, an officer was advised.
12:17 p.m. Received a report of a boat broken into in North Cove, an officer responded and an investigation was started for Burglary in the 1st/ Criminal Mischief.
1:36 p.m. Conducted a traffic stop at 4.5 mile C/K Hwy, a verbal warning was given for manor of driving.
4:00 p.m. Received a report of 3 dogs chasing and being aggressive in the 400 block of Shaan Seet TC, an officer responded and contacted the owner, a First Act Of Aggression warning was given.
6:13 p.m. Received a request for assistance in removing someone from a home in the Upper Harborview Trailer Court, an officer responded.
6:20 p.m. A 27 yr old male was arrested on charges of Violating Conditions Of Release.
9:34 p.m. Received a request for assistance in removing someone from a home in the Upper Harborview Trailer Court, an officer responded and the person was gone.
11:02 p.m. Received a request for assistance in removing someone from a home in the Upper Harborview Trailer Court, an officer responded and advised the person to leave / trespass notice issued.

1/2/17
7:06 p.m. Received a report of a black dog with white face and pots following kids from the 100 block to the 400 block of Shaan Seet Trailer Court, an officer responded.
7:55 p.m. A 46 yr old male was arrested on charges of Violating a Domestic Violence Protective Order.
10:28 p.m. Received a report of a loud party in the 300 block of Shaan Seet TC, an officer responded.
11:02 p.m. Conducted a traffic stop at Water and 9th street, a verbal warning was given for a head light out.

1/3/17
1:50 p.m. the Fire Dept. responded to a call on the 600 block of 3rd street.
11:35 p.m. An officer provided transport to the Senior Center.

1/4/17
5:31 a.m. Received a report of a domestic disturbance in the Harborview Trailer Court, an officer responded and an arrest was made on charges of Assault in the fourth degree DV.
5:51 a.m. A 29 yr old male was arrested on charges of Assault in the fourth degree DV.
11:32 a.m. A summons was served on 2nd street.
6:15 p.m. EMS responded to a call on 2nd street.
7:59 p.m. Received a report of a disturbance in the Upper Harborview Trailer Court, an officer responded and the issue was resolved.
11:34 p.m. Received a report of a disturbance in the 400 block of T&H street, an officer responded and spoke with the individuals and resolved the matter.

1/5/17
2:50 a.m. Received a report of a disturbance in the 300 block of Shaan Seet TC, an officer responded and reported it was verbal only.
9:50 a.m. The Fire Dept. responded to a call in the 200 block of Shaan Seet Trailer Court.
3:34 p.m. Received a report of a domestic disturbance in the 300 block of Shaan Seet Trailer Court and matter resolved.
10:44 p.m. Received a request for an officer to respond to a residence I n the Upper Harborview TC to remove an individual who was not welcome, an officer responded and the individual left the residence.

1/6/17
5:01 p.m. Conducted a traffic stop at the 600 block of Shaan Seet TC and PSN, a verbal warning was given for no tail light.
7:08 p.m. Received a request for a welfare check of an individual, Shaan Seet TC who wasn’t answering their phone, an officer made contact and all was well.
9:01 p.m. A 33yr old male was arrested for charges of Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree.
9:54 p.m. Conducted a traffic stop at 4th and Water street, a verbal warning was given for a broken tail light.
10:54 p.m. A 26 yr old male was arrested for DUI and Violation Conditions Of Release.
1/7/17
11:09 a.m. Received a request for an officer to Tanner Crab Ct to assist in removing an individual from a home, an officer responded and advised the individual they are trespassed and if they come back they will be arrested.
6:06 p.m. Conducted a traffic stop at the 400 block of T&H, a verbal warning was given for no head lights.
