There will be a coast guard certified instructor coming to POW April 17-26 to conduct a 10-day course so that people can complete the schooling and testing required to get a 6-pack or 100 ton masters license.
This is a rare opportunity so it would be great to get a full class. Usually people have to travel off-island at great expense to complete this course. Thanks for your help, and feel free to forward this information and flier to any email lists that you might maintain.
