On July 12, 2016 at approximately 0258 hrs, Alaska State Troopers (AST) received a report of a family disturbance in the community of Hydaburg. AST responded and subsequent investigation revealed 27 year old James P. Washington of Hydaburg, had been involved in a verbal argument with a family member resulting in Washington producing a firearm and pointing it at a family member. As a result, the family member was placed in fear for their life. Washington was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Craig Police Department Jail where he was lodged pending arraignment.

On 7/12/16, Alaska Wildlife Troopers, Juneau Post, onboard the P/V Enforcer, contacted Martin Fabry, 69 of Klawock, acting as a sport fish guide onboard a charter vessel with paying clients near Granite Point. Investigation revealed that one of Fabry's clients had caught and retained a King Salmon while being a non-resident. Further investigation revealed that Fabry failed to have the client log the King Salmon as required. Fabry was issued a $110.00 citation in the District Court at Prince Of Wales for failing to have his client log the King Salmon as required

On 7/11/16, Alaska Wildlife Troopers, Juneau Post onboard the P/V Enforcer, contacted Diego Crotty, 28 of Gilroy, CA, sport fishing near Shaft Rock on Noyes Island. Investigation revealed that Crotty was a non-resident and had caught and retained a King Salmon but had failed to log the retention on his license as required. Crotty was issued a $110.00 citation in the District Court at Prince Of Wales for failing to log the King Salmon as required.
