Text: On 10/26/15, Alaska State Troopers Ketchikan Post cited Cody C Wolfe ,40 , and Joseph W Yarbrough ,24, both from Florida, for taking two Sitka Black Tail deer with the use of artificial light and unlawful possession or transportation. In addition, Wolfe was also cited for shooting from a road way, fail to affix non-resident metal locking tags on two deer, and fail to validate his deer harvest tickets.
