Text: On 9/19/15 Alaska Wildlife Troopers Prince of Wales Post on patrol along the Klawock River cited Robert Morelli, 58 of West Hollywood, CA, for retaining a salmon hooked elsewhere than in the mouth. The fine for this violation is $130 through the Craig District Court.
